Dear friends,
Thankfully, Liam has improved since our admission to the hospital last week. He is no longer vomiting, and his pain has lessened. He is now only on three different anti-nausea meds and tylenol for the pain. Broad spectrum antibiotics are hopefully working on the gut infection.
However, he is still very sick. He needs his blood counts to return in order to fight the infection and heal his intestines. While we wait, he is sleeping a lot. He doesn’t feel well. His tummy hurts. He has fits of delirium. His body is showing signs of intestinal bleeding. His blood pressure has also been continually high. We’ve been told that he is stable for now, and to be thankful that his symptoms aren’t as bad as they could be. There is nothing that we can do but wait.
Please pray that his blood counts return soon, and that he would be healed from this infection and ultimately from cancer.
I am continue to pray for your little boy. I am glad that the tide is going in the right direction. He is such a special little guy and he's been through too much. Love to your family, you guys are in my thoughts - Barb, the office.

I will rejoice in any good news - but this is a long way from where I have been begging YHWH to take Liam. I will keep my prayers for him and for all the Specter family
Jesus -You see and love little children, You see and know deep suffering, You are a Lover of our souls! You pray for us and for Liam before the Father constantly, You never give up especially when we can't go on because of our own mortal weakness. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Please bring Your weight of Glory to counteract the weight of tiredness, grief and sorrow the Spectors are shouldering at this time. Please show them how dear they are to You. How dear Liam is to You!
